The apartment impresses with its unique character, as is typical only for buildings from that era – high ceilings, robust construction, and a living experience that stands apart from soulless new builds.

The apartment is fully furnished and ready to move in: from the bed to the kitchen equipment, as well as storage and lighting, everything is provided so that you can easily move in without bringing your own household items.

As you would expect from a building constructed in 1910, the apartment shows typical old building characteristics: the thermal insulation does not meet modern standards, and especially in the winter months, regular burst airing is recommended to prevent moisture. Heating is provided by electricity (storage heaters). We value transparent communication of these features so that you can have a realistic impression.

Meters for electricity and water must be registered directly by the tenant.

Due to the size of the apartment, it is rented exclusively to a single person. We kindly ask for your understanding that pets are not permitted and the rental is only available to non-smokers.

Personal liability insurance is required on the part of the tenant, and the minimum rental period is one year. The following documents are necessary for the rental contract: proof of income, a Schufa credit report, and a personal information sheet.
