The five rooms differ in size and rental price:

Room 1 – approx. 25 m²

€470 cold rent + €120 utilities = €590 total

Room 2 – approx. 25 m²

€470 cold rent + €120 utilities = €590 total

Room 3 – approx. 22 m²

€430 cold rent + €120 utilities = €550 total

Room 4 – approx. 20 m²

€400 cold rent + €120 utilities = €520 total

Room 5 – approx. 16 m²

€350 cold rent + €120 utilities = €470 total

Residents also share two bathrooms and a small shared kitchen. A private seating area in the garden additionally provides a space to enjoy a morning coffee, relax after a long day, or spend time together outdoors.

The larger rooms can also be occupied by two people upon request. In the case of double occupancy, the utilities are calculated per person.

It is important to us that more than just a purely functional shared flat emerges here: everyone has their own area and privacy – while at the same time having the opportunity to cook together, interact, or spend time together.

Community is optional.

Located in the center of Philippsburg-Huttenheim, you will have your own private room and share the following areas with the other residents:
