Hello! We are renting out a bright, 20 sqm shared apartment room in beautiful Ludwigsburg. The apartment is impeccably maintained and offers a cozy atmosphere.

Since we are an all-women flat share (only for women without children), a harmonious, clean, and calm living environment is very important to us. As the apartment is meant to remain a private retreat exclusively for us women, we do not allow any male visitors (such as partners) in the shared areas. Please also note that pets are not allowed.

The apartment offers you:

Your room: Fully furnished – you can move in immediately.

Common areas: A fully equipped fitted kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, and refrigerator, as well as a daylight bathroom with a shower and washing machine.

Costs:

The warm rent is a flat rate of 500 Euros (including all utilities).

The apartment is ideally and centrally located in the popular Weststadt of Ludwigsburg (Keplerstraße 20):

Public Transportation: It’s only about a 10-minute walk (approximately 800 meters) to Ludwigsburg station. From there, you can reach Stuttgart’s main station in roughly 10 minutes. A bus stop is practically at the door.

Universities: The Film Academy is about a 15-minute walk away. The PH and the HVF can be reached quickly by bike or public transportation.

Shopping & Leisure: The shopping center "Bleyle Quartier" and the MHPArena are just a few minutes away on foot. Supermarkets, bakeries, doctors, and the city center are all conveniently accessible on foot.
