We are renting out our fully renovated in 2024 and high-quality furnished apartment on Friedmanngasse, just a few minutes’ walk from Yppenplatz.

The apartment was originally purchased for our own use and renovated and furnished to a high standard. Due to our expanding family, our housing plans have changed – which is why we would now like to rent the apartment for three years to reliable, tidy, and careful tenants.

Thanks to the layout, the apartment is particularly well suited for a two-person shared apartment (WG), but is equally ideal for a couple.
