There’s a bus stop right outside the door, and it’s only a 2-minute walk to the main campus.

The city center is just a 5-minute bike ride away.

Whether it’s Netto, Rewe, Edeka, or Aldi, everything is within a 5-minute walk.

That’s us:

A lively mix from various fields of study—somewhere between chaotically creative and moderately organized. We cook together, chat, celebrate, and watch football (even when the score is 0:3, because that’s when the fun really begins at night). Sometimes we throw flat-share parties, sometimes enjoy relaxed movie nights. We also love going on trips or traveling together (Interrail, festivals, city trips).

Our motto? We sleep more than we study. We study more than we party. And we party as much as possible. Work hard – play hard. Everything is optional, except emptying the dishwasher—that is a must.

Let us introduce ourselves in detail:

I’m Bjarne, 25, studying industrial engineering/construction in my 6th semester. I’m always up for any kind of mischief—whether it’s go-karting, hiking, football, traveling, or my umpteenth attempt at learning the piano. I keep the place lively with energy and cold beer while reliably being in lectures or at the gym in the mornings.

Alex, 26, studies environmental sciences and brings the necessary calm. When he’s not replaying Skyrim for the umpteenth time or analyzing soil samples, he teases us as the Dungeon Master with his deadly dice rolls during our Pen & Paper sessions.

Kiran, 21, studies sports management and is our go-to guy for anything on the field. As an HSV fan, regular at the stadium, and even a referee, he knows how to keep his cool in heated moments.

Maksym, 20, studies TOM and is our quiet, very polite soul. You’ll often find him taking a walk or hanging out with friends by the lake or in the park. He’s also the undisputed king of the frozen pan.

Magnus, 22, a dual logistics student in his 6th semester, is our sports fanatic (except when it comes to playing football). Always on the go, he’s the one who laces up his running shoes even at 10 PM.

Jannis, 21, a mechanical engineering student in his 2nd semester. Thanks to his 3D printer, his room is a complete workshop. In the evenings, he’s always up for a round of Wizard or a beer.

And that’s (hopefully) you:

An open-minded student who takes his studies seriously but still wants to have plenty of experiences! You’re all for community, good humor, and you’re not afraid to leave your room from time to time – ideally with a beer, a ball, or a board game in hand. We’re not looking for homebodies.

Bonus points if you know how a dishwasher works and can operate a pan without needing a tutorial (though we’re patient too). You don’t have to be a performer, but you should be happy being part of the crew.
