We have found a lovely spot for a new home – and we are now looking for like-minded individuals who are ready to build and realize the dream of owning their own house with us.

The property is situated in an idyllic and peaceful location in Wiederau, between Zwenkau and Pegau, and covers approximately 1,500 m² in total. Particularly attractive is the generous orientation of the lot as well as the beautiful, mature oak trees, which give the property its very special character.

We have already obtained a building permit for the construction of a semi-detached house (each unit with roughly 132 m² of living space). We intend to divide the property and are therefore looking for those interested in building who would like to purchase a part of the site and jointly construct one of the two halves of the semi-detached house with us.

Many of the necessary preliminary tasks have already been completed or are well advanced. Planning, building permits, surveying, utility connections, and offers from construction companies (for turnkey construction) are already in place. We are, of course, happy to contribute our previous work and experience to the project.

Our desire is not simply to sell a piece of land, but to create a beautiful home together with friendly people. At the same time, everyone should be able to realize their own ideas and wishes in the design and outfitting of their house. Thanks to the well-thought-out floor plans and orientation of the semi-detached house, everyone enjoys maximum privacy, and the project has more of the character of two single-family homes.

The Location – Quiet, Nature-Friendly, Yet Well Connected

The property is located in Wiederau between Zwenkau and Pegau, a small, lively village in the Leipzig New Lakes Region. Directly north of the property begins the Elsteraue nature reserve. The surrounding nature and the beautiful old oak trees lend the property a special tranquility and a unique charm.

Wiederau is a small but very active village with a dedicated community. At the same time, the area offers numerous opportunities to enjoy nature and the Leipzig New Lakes. The various lakes of the region are quickly accessible, especially the Zwenkau Lake, which—with its beaches, walking and cycling paths, and a variety of recreational options—is a popular destination for day trips.

The location is also ideal for families: there is a kindergarten in the village, and a Montessori primary school is situated in the nearby neighboring town. Shops and everyday facilities are quickly reachable in Zwenkau and Pegau.

And Leipzig is closer than you might think: by car, the center of Leipzig can be reached in about 20 to 25 minutes depending on traffic. This means that the location combines the peace and nature of rural life with proximity to the city. The regional train to Leipzig departs from the neighboring town of Großdalzig.
