I took over the multi-family house, which has a total of twelve rental apartments, on April 1, 2024. From the outside, the house still looks like a typical DDR-era building—not very attractive. However, I am gradually renovating and refurbishing the house completely. It is not happening all at once, but step by step.

The offered apartment for rent is in a well-maintained condition. It has its own entrance. Through this door, you enter the hallway, from which the kitchen is immediately on the left and the bathroom on the right. The second door on the right opens into the home office. At the back is the living room, from which the bedroom (including a wall cabinet) is accessible.
