Prohlídky jsou možné již nyní, preferujeme však termíny od 25. 8. 2026, kdy budou položeny finální podlahy a bude výrazně lépe patrný výsledný charakter bytu. Fotografie a vizualizace budou průběžně aktualizovány podle postupu dokončovacích prací.

From 1 October 2026, we offer for long-term rent a fully renovated and fully furnished 3+kk apartment of 64 m² in Na Folimance, Prague 2, Vinohrady. An earlier move-in may be possible by individual agreement.
The apartment is being prepared as a high-standard, fully equipped home for a tenant who does not want to arrange additional furnishing. The tenant will be the first occupant after the complete renovation. The apartment includes custom-made furniture, a fully equipped kitchen, AEG washing machine and dryer, two workspaces, AV equipment, multiroom audio and a Jablotron security system.
The apartment is on the 3rd above-ground floor of a building with a lift. It comprises a living room with kitchen, separate bedroom, a second room suitable as a study, children’s room or guest room, separate walk-in wardrobe, bathroom, separate WC and entrance hall. A cellar of approx. 2 m² is included.
The living room and bedroom face south, with an open view from Vinohrady towards Nusle. Both have external electrically operated blackout blinds. The second room faces an internal lightwell; the bathroom and WC also have their own windows.
The interior features ceilings of approx. 2.8 m, new glued vinyl flooring, acoustic wall linings, underfloor heating in the bathroom and WC, and extensive integrated LED lighting.

Internet is currently available at up to 1,000 Mbps; fibre infrastructure is being prepared in the building. The apartment also has data, TV and SAT cabling and preparation for air conditioning, which can be activated after the planned replacement of the building’s main service risers.
Viewings are possible now, but we prefer appointments from 25 August 2026, when the final flooring will be installed and the finished character of the apartment will be much clearer.
