The apartment is partially furnished (see photographs) and is ready to move into. The furnishings include a kitchen unit with a stove and refrigerator, a washing machine, storage spaces, and other items shown in the photos.
The building includes a shared private garden in the courtyard, which is intended for the building’s residents. In the immediate vicinity of the building, there is also a small park with greenery, ideal, among other things, for walking dogs. Please note that the building does not have an elevator.
Bubeneč offers a pleasant combination of peaceful living, abundant greenery, and excellent access to the center.
