You can hike through fields and meadows all the way to the Baroque castle Meseberg and, in the surrounding forests, gather mushrooms and observe wildlife. Rheinsberg and Neuruppin are not far away.

It is only a few kilometers to Mrs. Wähnert’s organic food store in Hoppenrade and the Koch family’s farm shop in Großmutz, as well as to Edeka in Gransee, Netto in Lindow, and a pharmacy in Löwenberg.

Berlin-Mitte is only 60 kilometers away or a one-hour drive, and it is also easily accessible by the Regional Express.
