From 01.09.2026, we will be renting out one or two fully equipped workplaces in our bright and quietly located office at Tumblingerstraße 12 in Munich.

The approximately 180 m² office space is situated in a peaceful courtyard and provides a pleasant and professional work atmosphere with high ceilings, generous communal areas, and various retreat options.

The main tenant of the space is Turning Blocks, a Munich-based real estate service provider specializing in the renovation and development of residential properties. We use the office ourselves and would like to sublet two available workplaces to self-employed individuals, freelancers, or a small team.

The workplaces can be rented individually or together:

• 1 workplace: €500 flat rate per month

• 2 workplaces: €1,000 flat rate per month

The flat rate price already includes all of the services mentioned below.

The office is located at Tumblingerstraße 12 in central Munich and is quickly accessible from Goetheplatz.

Despite its central location, the office offers a pleasantly quiet working environment due to its placement in a courtyard. At the same time, restaurants, cafés, and shopping options in the area are easily reachable.

Goetheplatz, with its U-Bahn and bus connections, is just a few minutes' walk away. Munich’s city center and the main train station are also quickly accessible.

The workplace is furnished and will be handed over with an adjustable height desk and office chair.

In addition, all communal areas of the office can be used. These include:

• A small meeting room for up to 2 people

• A large meeting room for up to 8 people

• Two separate phone booths for uninterrupted calls

• A spacious kitchen and lounge area

• Internet

• Coffee included

• Weekly cleaning of the office areas

The monthly flat rate rent is €500 per workplace. There are no additional ongoing costs for internet, cleaning, or the use of the communal areas.

There is no minimum rental period. The notice period is three months.

The workplaces will be available from 01.09.2026.
