Chic apartment (first occupied 2014) with 3 rooms, all featuring large floor-to-ceiling doors that lead to the spacious terrace (facing south). On the terrace, there are planters available; however, there is no garden. The living room is connected to the open fitted kitchen (with a counter). Next to the kitchen is a small dining room (see photo; this room is not included in the overall room count). Additional rooms include a bedroom, a study/children’s room, and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower.

Although the apartment is located in the basement, only the entrance hall (upon entering the apartment) is somewhat dim. The glass door to the “dining room” and all the floor-to-ceiling doors in every room ensure brightness throughout the apartment!

The apartment is situated in the lovely Schildesche district, which offers all shopping facilities in the vicinity. Public transportation connections are very convenient (buses, trams). Schools and kindergartens are also not far away. The Obersee (lake) can be reached on foot or by bicycle within a few minutes.

The apartment is accessible via the staircase or by elevator. Additionally, the terrace is accessible from the outside through a separate entrance (door lockable, exclusively for this apartment).

The fitted kitchen is equipped with a large fridge/freezer and a dishwasher.

Please note that utilities costs do not include electricity, which the tenant settles directly with the supplier. The current tenants (two adults) pay €50 per month.

The parking space is located in close proximity to the separate terrace entrance.

After expressing interest in the apartment, I will schedule viewing appointments for a Saturday morning. The address will be provided at short notice so that the current tenants are not unnecessarily disturbed in advance.

The minimum rental period is 2 years, although it would be desirable to have tenants who plan to stay in the apartment for a significantly longer period.

After consulting with the previous tenants, a move-in before November 1st, 2026, is possible!
