• Time-limited private rental: currently at least 2 months / maximum 12 months

The legal situation may change up to the rental agreement according to "Mietrecht II", then possibly extendable to a maximum of 6 months until the 8th month.

• You must generally state a reason why you want to rent an apartment for a limited period—whether you are involved in a project at the airbase, need a "time-out", or your permanent residence is being renovated because of water/fire damage; your apartment has been terminated and your purchased house is not yet habitable; you are an exhibitor/employee (e.g., at the State Horticultural Show); or, as a retiree, you want to spend a little longer away from your familiar surroundings, etc.

• Schufa tenant report or proof of funds

• Cleaning fee:

  €75 one-time under normal conditions / if the apartment is absolutely clean and ready to be rented, there is no charge / if the apartment is a pigsty, a cleaning company will be commissioned and the tenant will bear the costs.

• Damages beyond normal wear and tear are to be covered by the tenant.

The rental price applies to one person; each additional person costs €50 (up to a maximum of 2 additional persons).
