The apartment is located in Südstadt, a quiet and centrally located district in the south of Nuremberg. Despite the pleasant residential setting, you are excellently connected: the subway station “Aufseßplatz” (line U1) is about a 5-minute walk away. From there, you quickly reach the city center or the main train station (about a 4-minute ride).

From Nuremberg Hbf, you can take the S1 or a regional train in about 15–20 minutes to Erlangen – ideal for students of FAU Erlangen-Nuremberg. The Nuremberg University of Applied Sciences is even closer and can be reached in under 10 minutes.

Supermarkets, cafés, and all the essential facilities for daily needs are in the immediate vicinity – as are green spaces for a relaxed afternoon.

The apartment was comprehensively renovated in June 2025 and combines stylish old building charm with modern living comfort. Both shared rooms are lovingly fully furnished – ideal for those who want to move in without any hassle.

Included in the furnishing and the rent are:

• a comfortable bed (120 × 200 cm) including a mattress,

The modern fitted kitchen is equipped with all appliances: oven, dishwasher, refrigerator – all new and already included in the rent, without any buyout fee. In the kitchen, there is also a table and two chairs for dining or for game evenings with friends.

There is crockery, cutlery, plates, pots, mugs, and all the necessary kitchen utensils for cooking.

The bathroom and a separate WC have also been newly renovated.
