The room is completely furnished – just bring your suitcase, we’ve got the rest covered. In the room you’ll find a bed, desk, chest of drawers, shelf, and wardrobe. No moving stress, no moving van – just move in and settle down.

Washing machine, dishwasher, clothes dryer, daylight bathroom – everything is included!

The room overlooks a quiet, green courtyard and is nice and bright – ideal for studying, working, or simply relaxing.

Rent: 450 € cold rent plus 150 € additional costs = 600 €

Deposit: 1350 € (refunded after move-out)

The room will be available from 15.08.2026.

We are a four-person flat share made up of students and young professionals. Everything runs in a relaxed way – everyone does their own thing, but we also cook together and enjoy a coffee on the balcony. What we’re looking for: mutual respect, reliability, and a no-fuss atmosphere.
