In late summer 2019, the building’s exterior façade was completely repainted and the window frames were accented in contrasting colors. Now the façade shines in an appealing white, highlighted with two different shades of gray. The bright staircase is spacious and very accessible. The old town/center with Hameln’s city gallery and the weekly market is approximately a 6-minute walk away.

In spring and summer, many tourists visit the Pied Piper town. With the Weser fleet, you can enjoy a leisurely boat trip along the Weser. Hameln, as a small town, impresses with its historic, beautiful town center featuring a pedestrian zone, cafés and pubs. Walking paths right next to the Weser invite you to enjoy cycling, jogging, skating, or similar leisure activities. The Weser also beckons for canoeing and day trips...

Very good public transport connections as well as motorway connections (A1 – Dortmund-Hannover) and expressways. In addition, there is an excellent S-Bahn connection from Hameln station to Hannover main station.

The apartment is equipped with a gas central heating system provided on an individual basis. This means you only pay for the heating energy you actually use, with no additional building-wide allocation as is often the case with an oil heating system. You can adjust the heating boiler individually to suit your needs (i.e., heating later in the mornings and evenings).
