Our bright, unique attic apartment has a very special charm. It offers a broad, unobstructed view of the green surroundings and benefits from excellent transport connections. A bicycle can be stored in the garage, and parking spaces are available on the street right outside.

In the bedroom, there is one bed (140x200). For clothes and other items, there are three large built-in wardrobes. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The kitchen is well equipped with a 2-burner ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishes, cutlery, and everything needed for cooking. There is a small table with two chairs in the kitchen where one can have a meal.

In the living room, you can comfortably relax on the sofa. A desk provides space for working.

WiFi and TV are included.

Electricity is also included.

The toilet (a bit cramped for very tall people due to the sloping ceiling) and the shower are separate. Bedding and towels are provided.

This feel-good apartment is very conveniently located. Whether by car (only 5 minutes to the highway), bicycle or tram, you can quickly reach the city center (15 minutes), the train station, the DHBW, the university hospital, or the castle/university.

FEUDENHEIM

Feudenheim is a very popular suburb with well-maintained infrastructure. Excellent shopping opportunities (Edeka, organic market, (organic) bakeries, butcher shops, flower shops, banks, pharmacies, drugstores...), doctors, and restaurants or beer gardens are all reachable within a few minutes on foot.

A walk in nature (for example, Maulbeerinsel on the Neckar) right behind our residential area is well worth it.

Jogging, strolling, or cycling along the river is especially enjoyable here.

- In the laundry room, there is a washing machine available, which is shared with the basement apartment (for 1 person).

- A drying room is available.

- The apartment also includes an ironing board and iron.

- No parties or loud music are allowed.

- This is a non-smoking apartment!

- Keeping the fixtures, toilet, etc. clean and well-maintained is mandatory even in a temporary furnished apartment.

- A valid liability insurance is required!

- After move-out, an end cleaning fee of 140 euros is due.
