We are offering our lovingly furnished new-build apartment for rent on a fixed-term basis (for 18 months) and completely furnished.

The apartment has a total area of 78.7 m². A separate study (approximately 10 m²) will remain locked during the rental period and is used by us as private storage. The remaining roughly 68.6 m² are available for the tenants’ use and include a spacious living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, as well as a hallway, storage room, and balcony.

The apartment is fully equipped and available from September 2026. All the furniture as well as the kitchen equipment and electrical appliances will remain in the apartment, so you only need to bring your personal belongings.

Internet, TV, and streaming services can be added for an additional €55 per month.

Electricity is not included in the rent and must be arranged and billed by the tenant directly with the respective provider.

At the end of the rental period, the apartment must be returned broom-clean. A professional final cleaning will also be carried out, for which a flat fee of €200 will be charged.

Shopping options (including EDEKA), bakeries, doctors, as well as the tram, are all reachable in only about a 2-minute walk. By bike, you can reach downtown Karlsruhe in around 10 minutes and Epplesee in about 15 minutes. The highway is also accessible by car in just a few minutes.

Right outside the front door, numerous green areas and the forest begin – ideal for walks, jogging, or simply enjoying a bit of nature after a long day at work.

The apartment is available from September 2026 until March 2028.
