The apartment features a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a washing machine, and super-fast internet.

Both the kitchen and the washing machine are available for use by all residents.

The furnishing of the individual room can be arranged on request for an extra charge.

The apartment is located 1 km from Old Town Spandau – a 3‑minute bike ride, a 10‑minute walk, and about 8 minutes by public transport.

The Spandau shopping center – where you can find everything needed for everyday shopping – is an 8‑minute walk away. The apartment is situated right in the heart of the charming Steglitz district, with its many attractive restaurants, bars, and pubs.

You would be living with four other people. A good, harmonious relationship is very important to us – perhaps we could even organize game nights or cooking evenings together.

Pets are not allowed. Smoking inside the apartment is not permitted.
