The apartment is equipped with a kitchenette and a two-burner stove. Great location: 1–5 minutes on foot to Albert, farmers' markets, a park, a playground, outdoor and indoor Slavia swimming pools, tram lines (6, 7, 19, 21, 22, 26) as well as buses. Rent: 18,000 CZK. Fees: 2,000 CZK for one person or 2,500 CZK for two persons. Electricity is transferred to the tenant. Available from August 1.
