They are located in a small grove near a stream. It is possible to secure an access road to the plots from the village asphalt road by modifying the terrain.
One of the plots has the necessary area for constructing a type “C” building (11 m x 26.5 m = 291 m²), but the construction can be extended to include an adjacent type “E” plot, bringing the total construction area to 826 m². The village – the Kopanice part – does not have a water supply or sewage. A well and a cesspit will need to be dug. Electrical poles are located right next to the village road.
