Premium insurance: The entire building is insured, including assistance services (handling emergencies, jammed doors, etc.).
Price: 13,500 CZK per month + deposits for utilities and fiber optic internet of 1,250 CZK per person per month, plus a service fee of 500 CZK per person per month.
Upon signing the contract: A refundable security deposit (equivalent to one month’s payment) is required.
Located on a quiet dead-end street, close to a park, public transport, parking spaces in front of the house, and all amenities. Bicycles can be parked in the courtyard, and there is a shared garden facing the inner courtyard.
