A garage parking space is also included. The apartment has good public transport accessibility, with a bus stop approximately 2 minutes’ walk from the building.
The apartment is suitable for a single person or a couple looking for a quiet and modern place to live. To be fair and transparent, I would like to mention in advance that the rental agreement will be concluded for a fixed term until 31 December 2027, with no rent increase during the entire lease period. From 1 January 2028, I would ideally like to sell the apartment.
