  1. What does our guarantee for property owners cover?

    Bezrealitky serves as a direct contact platform for private owners and their prospective buyers or tenants. We guarantee that an owner will be contacted by serious applicants within three months upon listing activation with a Complete or Comfort account.

  2. Who is a serious applicant?

    Anyone interested in property purchasing or renting, who contacts the owner. It may be a person asking about property details, asking for more information, interested in further communication, or in meeting you in person.

  3. When should I be reimbursed?

    You’ll be reimbursed if no serious applicants contact you via our communication platform within three months upon listing activation. We’ll admit that the service didn’t work as expected. Your listing’s validity will be extended for free or you’ll be reimbursed.

  4. When does the guarantee not apply?

    The guarantee is not accepted for listings with substantial flaws (no pictures, no property description, no price, or a nonsense price, etc.) or owner’s contact information in the property description. Why is that? If you enter your contact information in the listing, we’ll never know if someone contacted you by phone or email, or not. The guarantee does not apply to Basic and Optimal packages, valid for a shorter time than three months.

  1. What exactly do we guarantee to applicants?

    It’s simple. We guarantee they find their desired home within three months. Meaning: you’ll contact some owners and start negotiating your purchase or lease.

  2. What should I do to be qualified for the guarantee programme?

    Just one thing: complete your personal profile in your user account and be proactive in the search. What you must do is to set and activate at least one watchdog and pro-actively answer to property listings in real time.

  3. When will you extend my prepaid profile’s validity?

    We’ll do that if you are not successful in contacting any of the property owners via our communication platform within three months of profile activation. We’ll admit that the service didn’t work for you as expected. Your prepaid account’s validity will be extended for three months.

  4. When does the guarantee not apply?

    The guarantee is not accepted if you fail to provide true and complete personal information or to answer to listings. It’s obvious that the owners won’t know about you unless you proactively contact them. If you don’t do that, our hands are tied, too.
