The property is offered without a fixed sale price or with a guideline value. You can submit your personal purchase offer within a specified period. The bids are not publicly viewable and are forwarded exclusively to the seller. Haus Feuerstein consists of a total of six holiday apartments that can be purchased individually or collectively. You have the opportunity to submit

• a bid for a single holiday apartment,

• a bid for several holiday apartments, or

• an overall bid for the entire building.

All bids will be collected and evaluated. The final award will not automatically go to the highest individual bid but will be determined considering the most economically sensible overall solution. In doing so, the offered purchase price as well as the combination of bids are particularly significant. The seller reserves the right to choose the variant that yields the best overall result. An award is made only after explicit acceptance and the conclusion of a notarized purchase contract.

The seller is free to decide which offer to accept. There is no obligation to accept the highest bid. This process does not constitute an auction or bidding event. The purchase is then finalized as usual through a notary.
