It is intended that several tenants will form a shared living community within one apartment. Potential tenants include, among others, students and healthcare workers from hospitals and retirement homes, as well as trainees and individuals with a temporary professional stay in Waldshut.

Situated in a central downtown location on Rheinstraße, parallel to Kaiserstraße (pedestrian zone). It is approximately an 11-minute walk (or a 3-minute bike ride) to the train station and bus terminal. All daily shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. Enjoy an unobstructed, direct view of the Rhine.

Each apartment (ground floor, third floor, and bungalow) is equipped with a fitted kitchen including a table and chairs. Every unit has its own bathroom and an additional toilet. Basic internet service as well as ancillary costs including electricity are included in the rental price. The apartments have been freshly renovated, including the lighting, and feature windows with shutters.
