In a pleasant location in Prague's Kbele, about 7 minutes by bus to the Letňany metro station, I will rent a brand new apartment, which is suitable for students or young workers, non-smokers, exclusively without pets.
To support working students, I allow the deposit of 20,000 CZK to be divided into several partial payments, e.g. 4x 5,000 CZK, or 10 x 2,000 CZK. In the case of short-term rentals, a deposit is not required.
The apartment is fully equipped - according to the photos, including a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine.
Air conditioning is also available.
There is also the possibility of parking on a fenced plot and a cellar for storing e.g. a touring bike, etc.
A great benefit is the possibility of using a pleasant garden seating area with barbecue facilities.
The entire area around the house is very quiet and popular for relaxation, sports and rest.
If you are looking for a combination of quiet living with all amenities within a reasonable distance to the city center, consider whether this apartment could be the right choice for you.
1 minute walk from the house is the Mladějovská bus stop from where you can get to the Letňany metro station (red metro line C) in 7 minutes, or to the Vysočanská metro station (yellow metro line B) in 15 minutes.
