Newly renovated two-room apartment for long-term rent. The apartment has two rooms, hall with kitchen, bathroom and toilet with a total area of approximately 55 m2. There are two separate rooms with their own entrance - one is oriented to the street (SE orientation) and is approximately 23 m2 and the other has a view to the garden (NW orientation) and is approximately 20 m2. The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a historic listed building. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment is the entrance to Stromovka Park (150m), a tram stop (250m), a metro station (5 min.) and all kinds of shops and restaurants.
The apartment is partially furnished. There is a completely new kitchen with new modern appliances (hood, induction hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher), a separate toilet, the bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and a cabinet. The apartment is heated by central heating in the house, has its own electric boiler for heating hot water and preparation for a washing machine and dryer. For tenants of the house there is a balcony and a garden in the courtyard.
