The ground floor will be rented out as a separate unit (2-room apartment with a kitchen, or 2kk) or, up to 4 times a week, it will be used for as a daycare (max 5 children).
The staircase to the first floor, where the offered room is located, is separated by a door. On the first floor you will find: 3 bedrooms, spacious living room with balcony, kitchen, bathroom (we have bath tab) and toilet are for the shared use.
Two cozy rooms will be available from mid. May (the advertised rental price is per room including utilities)
Room 1 has a total area of 9 m².
Room 2 has a total area of 11 m².
The presence of pets is negotiable.
The property is in its original state. Before moving in, the room will be freshly painted. The room’s furnishings can be tailored to the tenant’s needs.
A picturesque location!! Forests, meadows, horse riding, cycling, walking trails, swimming in Berounka river (approximately 8 km away).
