The Umgebinde House is a simple, traditional farmhouse located in the valley of the Cunnersdorfer Water. The property features a “well” (located by the main entrance). The house has been gutted so that the timber framework and the infill are again visible from the interior. The electrical distribution board was modernized in 2012 and brought up to the latest standards. A direct connection is available at the meter cabinet. All old electrical wiring has been removed from the entire building. Likewise, all building deficiencies of the past decades (glass wool insulation, wall cladding made of Kabak panels, etc.) have been removed. All rooms on the upper floor have wooden plank flooring.
