I am renting a beautiful 3+1 apartment on the ground floor of a brick building located in a very quiet courtyard with a total area of 84 m2. The property is in good condition and partially furnished. The apartment offers a spacious layout with the possibility of shared living.
There is a terrace of 12 m2 and a technical room of 5 m2 available. Parking, garage, and elevator are not available, as well as barrier-free access.
Metro and tram are about a 2-minute walk away, with all amenities nearby. The apartment is available from August 1st. Fees of 2000 CZK are calculated for 2 people. The transfer of gas and electricity will be the responsibility of the new tenant. I prefer long-term rentals. A well-behaved dog is not a problem.
This property is ideal for a family or group of friends looking for comfortable living in a quiet location.
Heating and hot water are provided by a private gas boiler.
Current photos show the furniture of the current tenants and are not part of the offered apartment (except for the kitchen, built-in wardrobes, and some small pieces of furniture).
