The cottage is equipped with only basic furniture, giving you the opportunity to customize it to your preferences and needs. Gardening tools, including an electric lawn mower, are available.
There is a square plot of land with several fruit trees. You can adjust the beds and lawns according to your preferences. Parking is available at the central parking lot. In necessary cases, direct access to the land is possible. The PID bus station is located at the entrance to the area.
