Dům je orientovaný na jih a stojí na velmi malebném, romantickém, trochu divokém místě na kraji městské zástavby. Podlaha z modřínového masivu. Byt bude pronajímán vybavený (postel, jídelní stůl, židle, skříň, sklápěcí pracovní stolek, kuchyňská linka). Pračka je společná pro všechny tři jednotky. Voda a internet v ceně nájmu, kromě nájmu se platí pouze záloha na elektřinu, byt má vlastní elektroměr. Od spodního okraje nejnižšího stropního trámu po podlahu je 187 cm! Lokalita je vhodná pro studenty/pracující v Praze 6 a 7 a v centru, vlaky na Masarykovo nádraží jezdí každých 30 minut, cesta trvá 30 minut. Na přístupové cestě se stavěla kanalizace, je tam bláto, bude řešeno ve spolupráci s radnicí.
The studio is 400 meters from the train station in Libčice nad Vltavou. It is a 19th century house where there are 3 small new apartments on the ground floor with a French window to the garden/yard. Now I am renting the eastern studio (on the floor plan on the right). The house has a garden of 2000 m2 which can be used freely, partly it is a forest. The house is south-facing and stands in a very picturesque, romantic, and a bit wild place on the edge of town. Larch hardwood floor. They flat will be rented fully furnished. The height from the floor to the lower edge of the wooden beam supporting the ceiling is 187 cm! Water and internet are included in the rent. Apart from rent only an electricity deposit is paid monthly; the apartment has its own electricity meter. The location is suitable for students/workers in Prague 6 and 7 and in the centre. Commuter trains to the very centre of Prague go every 30 minutes, the journey lasts 30 minutes. The surroundings are very nice; the small town of Libčice is located in the canyon of the Vltava river. Access road is muddy right now due to recent construction work (sewage system); this will be fixed in cooperation with the townhall.
