The property is situated 400 metres from the railway station in Libčice nad Vltavou. It is a 19th-century house, the ground floor of which comprises three new small flats with large windows overlooking the garden. I am now offering the eastern unit (on the right-hand side of the floor plan) for rent. The house faces south and stands in a very picturesque, romantic and somewhat wild spot on the outskirts of the town. It has a large garden which is free to use; amongst other things, there is a fire pit and a newly built multifunctional communal lounge with a wood-burning stove. The room with a kitchenette measures 17 m², and the en-suite facilities comprise a toilet (Geberit, flushed with rainwater) with a washbasin and a shower cubicle with direct access from the room. The floor is made of larch planks. There is a shared washing machine in the utility room. The flat is furnished (bed, table, chairs, wardrobe, kitchenette with fridge and two-ring induction hob, solid wood worktop); despite the windows, it is relatively dark in the afternoon (due to the roof overhang and the distance from the wall). The distance from the underside of the lowest ceiling beam to the floor is just 187 cm! Internet is included in the rent. The flat has its own electricity meter and water meters. Unheated storage spaces are available on the property. The washing machine is shared in the utility room. This is not a typical city flat; you’ll need to do a bit of maintenance on the house, such as cleaning the gutters and keeping an eye on the water supply. Hopefully, the flat will have its own terrace by the end of the year. The location is ideal for students or those working in Prague 6 and 7 and in the city centre. Viewings will take place on 1 and 2 August (Saturday and Sunday). The flat will be ready for immediate occupancy. Construction work takes place on the east side of the building every Friday.
