The apartment is located on the 6th floor of a new building made of bricks with elevator and is oriented to the S/SE. The apartment has a storage room (3 m2) on the floor and a loggia (4 m2). Part of the rental is an exclusive outdoor parking space (parking options are very limited on site).
The apartment has an equipped built-in kitchen (fridge with freezer, electric oven, hob, extractor hood). Further equipment of the apartment is on agreement with future tenants, the apartment can be rented partially equipped or unfurnished. At the moment there is a sofa bed, dining table, low chest of drawers in the living area. In the hallway there are wardrobes and a shoe cabinet. In the bedroom a double bed and chests of drawers.
