It is a sunny apartment on the third floor with a lift, east facing windows to the street near the metro and Flora shopping center. It has its own gas boiler. Parking possible on the street in front of the house.

The complete reconstruction of the apartment was completed n 2018 (new wiring, heating, windows, renovation of windows, floors and doors, new bathroom and equipment of the apartment).

The price includes rent and deposit for water, sewage and maintenance and cleaning of common areas. Electricity and gas are paid by the tenant himself (charges).

The apartment is offered to rent to somebody, whom will also respect the other inhabitants of the house.
