You can enter the car park from the city center around Arkády Pankrác, or office buildings and the headquarters of the Czech television. The garage complex is monitored by camera’s linked to the security agency. The entrance to the complex is provided by automatic gates, which are opened automatically by reading cars licence plate. Entrance to the garage is closed by section door during the night time. Pedestrians may enter the complex only by using electronic chip. Garage is equipped by elevator. There is a great accessibility by public transportation, therefore parking spot is suitable also for someone outside Prague who doesn’t want to park his car or motorbike on the blue zones of the estate housing parking. Rent is 1500 CZK/ Month. The price includes all expenses linked to the parking spot usage. The return fee for entrance chip is 2000 CZK.
