I am renting out my 35 m² apartment, officially a studio but effectively a one-bedroom apartment with an additional small bedroom, located close to Křižíkova metro station and Karlínské náměstí.
It is ideal as a first home. Thanks to the trees in front of the windows and the building’s thick walls, the apartment remains pleasantly cool even during summer. It is situated on a raised ground floor.
Apartment condition and furnishings:
* Wooden floors; the apartment was renovated in 2020
