We offer a 19m2 office room and a shared equipped meeting room (19m2). The office room is oriented to the street. The room is clean, newly painted, with new carpet, ceiling and lights. The office space has doorbell. There are three other office rooms used by attorneys and tax advisor. Shared is also a fully equipped kitchen and ladies WC and men´s WC. We prefer that the office room will be subleased to another attorney or tax advisor, but this is not a prerequisite. The office is equipped with a server infrastructure and all necessary networks are distributed. I would like to state that that there is very good parking on the street available for clients, 5 minutes walk to the underground and overall it is a great location. Electricity / heating/ internet / waste / extra charges/elevator are all included in the rent.
