would like to rent an apartment 2+kk on Ypsilanti street in Brno. The apartment has been completely renovated and is fully equipped. The total layout is 48m2. Tiled floors (bathroom, kitchen) and vinyl (bedroom, living room), hallway and utility room original terrazzo. The entrance is in the hallway with a large closet. From it is accessed through sliding doors the bathroom, shower walk-in shower 130x90, hanging cabinet and large mirror. Further entrance to a separate bedroom with a large wardrobe with mirror, bed and bedside tables. And last is the living room with a semi-detached kitchen and a separate utility room with washer/dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped and everything is brand new and in the A++ category at least. Includes built-in dishwasher, combi oven, induction hob, extractor hood, built-in combi fridge, microwave, mixer tap with pull-out shower . The apartment is fitted with energy saving built-in LED lights in the ceilings. Heating is by a new efficient electric boiler with wifi thermostat netatmo and hot water is on a separate boiler.
