Lokalita
Byt se nachází v klidné části Prahy 13, mezi stanicemi metra B Hůrka a Nové Butovice. Do centra je to metrem přibližně 10 minut. V okolí jsou také zastávky nočních autobusů a všechny potřebné služby v docházkové vzdálenosti.
Byt a vybavení
Byt je ve 3. patře zatepleného, rekonstruovaného panelového domu s plastovými okny a bezpečnostními dveřmi. Je orientovaný na jih, takže je po celý den příjemně světlý. Díky umístění ve vnitřní části domu je v něm v zimě teplo i při omezeném topení.

We are looking for a new tenant for this bright 36 m² studio apartment in V Hůrkách, available from November. The apartment also comes with a 5 m² storage cellar.
### Location
The apartment is in a quiet part of Prague 13, between the Hůrka and Nové Butovice stations on Metro Line B. The city centre is approximately 10 minutes away by metro. Night buses and all essential local services are also within easy reach.
### The apartment and its features
The apartment is on the third floor of a renovated, insulated panel building with plastic-framed windows and a security entrance door. It faces south and enjoys plenty of natural light throughout the day. Its position within the building also helps keep it warm in winter, even with little or no heating.
It is modestly and practically furnished with a wardrobe, bed, chest of drawers, television, fridge, table and chairs. The renovated kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, ceramic hob and built-in dishwasher.
The bathroom has the original prefabricated core and a large shower. The toilet is separate. The living area has carpet, while the kitchen has linoleum flooring. The apartment has central heating with new radiator valves. A UPC connection and a shared TV aerial are available.
