We offer for rent a renovated (reconstructed in 2015) partly furnished apartment 3 + kk (70 m2) on the 6th floor of a completely revitalized panel house with an elevator in Přímětická Street, a 4-minute walk from the Budějovická metro station. The apartment has a lot of storage space and consists of a living room with kitchenette, 2 separate bedrooms, entrance hall, dressing room, bathroom with tub and toilet. The living room with kitchenette is oriented to the southeast, both bedrooms to the northwest.
The apartment is partially furnished (kitchen, dining table with chairs, sofa, TV, in the hall is a large closet). The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, hob, which is partly on gas and partly on electricity and refrigerator. The bathroom also has a washing machine.
Parking is possible around the house, there are parking zones.
