by O2 for 500czk/month. Post office, night store, Lidl and Albert are literally around the corner and Tesco and Kaufland are 10 to 15 mins walking. Just behind the block of flats is the biggest park in Brno called Lužánky ideal for jogging, walking... There is also kids field, tennis fields etc in Lužánky. You can walk to the downtown in about 10-15 mins or go by tram nr. 1 to get to Main Railway Station in about 7 minutes (four stops). Three rents as deposit.
