In 2018, we completed an apartment building in Königswinter-Thomasberg, which has been rented out ever since.

All residential units are let by the owner, Feldhoff Projekte GmbH + Co. KG, and managed by Feldhoff Immobilienmakler und Hausverwaltung GmbH & Co. KG.

In addition to the stated rent and utility/heating costs, tenants in this newly built property are required to rent two parking spaces per residential unit at €39.00 per space per month. No exceptions are possible due to the applicable development plans of the City of Königswinter. The parking spaces are designed to be accessible, and each is 2.90 metres wide.
