### Location

Our residential building is located in Elberfeld, in a quiet area close to the city center, slightly north of and above Elberfeld Town Hall.

With its ornate façades and courtyards dating from the late 19th-century Gründerzeit period, the neighborhood is particularly popular with artists and students.

The city center is approximately a 7-minute walk away, while the main train station can be reached in about 20 minutes on foot.

To reach the university, you can take a bus from a stop approximately 7 minutes away. The bus will take you to the Max-Horkheimer-Straße stop by the university cafeteria.

The Bayer AG pharmaceutical research center can also be reached in 20 minutes on bus line 613 without changing buses. The Bayer plant on Friedrich-Ebert-Straße is easily accessible via the Wuppertal Suspension Railway.

The Cellitinnen St. Josef Hospital on Bergstraße and the Agaplesion Bethesda Hospital on Hainstraße are both within easy walking distance. Helios Hospital in Barmen is also easily accessible by car or bicycle.

In good weather, a visit to the Nordbahntrasse is particularly worthwhile. Located just a few minutes away on foot, this virtually flat, more than 23-kilometer-long pedestrian and cycle path is ideal for jogging, inline skating, and cycling. ### Rent and additional costs

A security deposit of €1,600 is payable after the rental agreement has been signed.

Mandatory final cleaning costs start at €85 and are calculated according to the time and work required, at an hourly rate of €35.
