Various units of different sizes are currently available to rent in the warehouse. A total of 780 m² is available, with units starting from 80 m². The warehouse is 31 m long and 25 m wide. It is approximately 10.80 m high at its highest point and approximately 4 m at its lowest point (see pictures). The warehouse therefore has a volume of just under 5,700 m³.

The warehouse can be used as a high-bay storage facility. The rent (negotiable) is calculated according to the height and/or cubic capacity of the rented area. The high-bay racking can be customized to meet the customer’s requirements, allowing for higher or lower rack spaces. Please note that we do not rent out individual pallet spaces, as we aim to rent out larger areas.

Occupancy would be possible from September 2025.

The warehouse is at ground level and therefore fully accessible. It can be accessed from both sides by truck or car. Depending on the size of the vehicle, it is also possible to drive directly into or through the warehouse.

The warehouse is located in the Wandlitz-Basdorf commercial area, on a quiet one-way street. The A11 and A10 motorways can be reached within 10 minutes.

The warehouse has lighting and electricity, as well as a three-phase power connection. Individual sections can be heated by arrangement.

The site on which the warehouse is located is under video surveillance and secured by a steel gate.
