Furnishings & terms:

The apartment is rented fully furnished, either temporarily or on an open-ended basis—including the designer pieces, artwork, and everything needed for everyday life. The minimum rental period is six months.

Furnishings include: a Danish designer dining-table lamp; a 1960s designer lamp in the combined living and study room; a custom-made desk from the 1920s; a classic Thonet chair used as a desk chair; 1960s sideboards; Rams shelving systems throughout the apartment; and limited-edition lithographs by Miró, Albers, and Nay, which are insured separately. The living room contains a small humanities library with art books and other volumes.

The apartment also includes a washing machine, ironing board, iron, 55-inch Samsung LED TV, HP all-in-one printer, Teufel Raumfeld Cubes speakers, and a fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob, extractor hood, stovetop espresso maker, milk frother, and more. Bed linen and new towels are provided.

An open wardrobe and storage system has been installed in the internal storage room.

The following are included in the basic rent:

Tenancy and terms

The apartment is available with either an open-ended or a fixed-term tenancy agreement.

The minimum rental period is six months. Both options are welcome—whether you are looking for an extended stay during a professional or personal transition or a long-term home.

There are two pricing models, depending on the intended rental period:

**Expected rental period of less than two years (temporary accommodation):**

Flat-rate rent of €1,350 per month, including electricity, hot water, internet, public broadcasting fees, and a parking space. There is no separate utility statement; everything is included.

**Expected longer-term rental:**

Gross rent including heating of €1,350 per month, including a parking space. Electricity and internet are arranged separately through the tenant’s own contracts, and service charges are reconciled annually.

Both models include the parking space and the €300 furnishing and equipment fee, including design classics and artwork. The signed lithographs by Miró, Albers, and Nay are insured separately.
