The compact room is rented unfurnished, so you will need to bring your own furniture. According to the floor plan, the room has a calculated area of approximately 7.8 m² (plan dimensions: 3.48 × 2.25 m); current on-site measurements are not yet available. The kitchen, bathroom, hallway, and balcony are shared.

MONTHLY COSTS

€339 basic rent + €60 flat-rate service charge = €399 per month. The flat rate includes water, heating, electricity, and internet. The broadcasting fee is charged separately.

The security deposit is €1,017.

A long-term tenancy is preferred, with considerate treatment of one another and of the shared areas.
