Built in the traditional Black Forest style, the house enjoys an elevated position on a south-facing slope overlooking Branden and Wiedener Eck. Surrounded by nature, the Gipfhof offers its residents a large outdoor area and wonderful views of the countryside.

The ground-floor apartment has approximately 120 m² of living space and is laid out as follows: two bedrooms that are easy to furnish, a bathroom with natural light, a walk-in shower and bathtub, a guest toilet, and an open-plan kitchen/dining area with a fitted kitchen, electrical appliances and a wood-burning stove. There is also an adjoining pantry.

The highlight of the apartment is the large, light-filled living room with a dining area and gallery. It also features an old tiled stove, which can be fired from the kitchen and used for cooking. The large masonry heater next to it has been decommissioned.

The apartment has a large covered balcony where the views can be enjoyed even in bad weather. It also includes a small balcony, a terrace, two parking spaces, a large root cellar, storage rooms and a laundry room.

**Location**

The municipality of Münstertal is situated on the edge of the Black Forest, approximately 20 km south of Freiburg. The Münstertal railway provides connections to Staufen and Bad Krozingen and from there to the wider rail network. There is also a bus stop 2 km away.

Münstertal is a popular tourist destination thanks to its many beautiful hiking opportunities. In winter, it also offers direct access to the Black Forest, with ski resorts only a short drive away.

The property is located outside the village on its outskirts and offers peace, quiet and plenty of nature. The village center, with shopping facilities, is approximately 5 km away.

A kindergarten and primary school are located in the Spielweg district, around 1 km from our farm.

**Wi-Fi:**

As our secluded location gives us the opportunity to avoid electromagnetic pollution as much as possible, it is very important to us that Wi-Fi is not switched on around the clock. It should be turned off at certain times of the day and at night, and the device should be set to low power. We also ask that no other radiation-emitting devices be used, or that such devices be connected via LAN instead.

The terrace may be planted and decorated with flowers according to your own preferences.
