The all-inclusive rent covers the furnishings as well as heating, water, household electricity, internet, and the agreed operating costs. This ensures reliable monthly cost planning from the outset.

This offer is solely for the rental of furnished residential accommodation. Residents are responsible for cleaning their private rooms and organizing the shared household.
