The apartment is fully furnished, and the kitchen is equipped. Unfortunately, the photos are not entirely up to date—it looks even better now. As an added bonus, long-term tenants can enjoy tastefully furnished communal spaces, including the garden hall, fireside lounge, castle kitchen, sauna and wellness area, and a small gym.

You can take long walks through the castle grounds, maintained by the municipality of Wiesenburg, where you may even be accompanied by a red kite or a fox.

The service charges amount to €550 (excluding electricity and internet; a fiber-optic connection is available). However, these charges also include the salaries of two employees who lovingly maintain and manage the communal areas.

Within walking distance of the apartment, there is an EDEKA supermarket, a bakery, and a Netto supermarket. An Italian restaurant is located right outside in the “Schloss-Schänke.”

Wiesenburg railway station adjoins the far end of the castle grounds and can be reached in 30 minutes on foot, or more quickly by bicycle. A lockable bicycle storage room is available at the station.

Public parking is available directly outside the apartment.
